About this file

This document is an Amendment 02 to a Solicitation (W911YN-26-Q-A001) containing submitted questions and answers for a meal service contract for CERFP (Civil Support Element) military personnel. The contract requires feeding 220 military personnel across three daily meals with specific timing and composition requirements: breakfast from 0500-0630 (including breakfast sandwiches, protein options, fruit, and grab-and-go bars), lunch from 1200-1300 (1 entree, 2 sides in grab-and-go bags), and dinner from 1700-1800 (1 entree, 2 sides, and 1 dessert). Beverage options can include individual bottled drinks or gallon jugs with cups, with a recommendation for morning coffee and juice options. The government will provide tables in a warehouse location for meal service, and the contractor must supply utensils and plates. The solicitation allows flexibility in meal delivery method, indicating that catered or delivery service meals are acceptable, with the primary consideration being ease and speed of delivery within the contractor's price range.
