Exhibit B – Revised Amendment 0004

Maintenance of Landscaped Areas

Pruning of Trees is usually ordered in Fall and on an as needed basis.

Brush cutting:

Two separate and distinct areas may be cut, one or both of which may be cut one time per year.

Lower corridor: Cut to existing boundaries, 130 feet wide x 280 feet long starting from the upper road at dam area to the outflow playground area. Area equals 4045 square yards. Cuttings of vegetative plants may be left in place. Cutting height of 5 inches.

Upper corridor: Cut to existing boundaries. Three areas make up the upper corridor. The first area is 150 feet long and 65 feet wide and is located above parking lot at upper dam site. The second area is 140 feet long and 65 feet wide and is located from the upper Overlook shelter down toward the road way to dam. The third area is 70 feet long and 25 feet wide and is located at the playground and speed bump near the upper Area A. Cutting of vegetative plants may be left in place. All three areas total 2289 square yards. Cutting height of 5 inches.

Mulching:

Mulching shrub beds: 11 total bed areas, equaling 121 square yards. 3 at entrance pillars, 3 at office area, 1 at outflow shelter area, 3 at the outflow restroom area and 1 at footpath near weir wall.

Mulching of individual trees (77) requiring a total of approximately 86 square yards, which may be mulched one time a year. There are 23 in the office area, 6 near the upper playground area, 9 in the outflow and 39 at the entrance of park.

Total mulch used for shrub beds and trees is 207 Square yards applied (June-July) time frame. Mulch two-to-three inches in depth is all that is needed; do not pile on the trunk of a tree (i.e. no volcano mulching)—layer around the base of the tree. There is no required color; however color shall be discussed with the COR prior to purchase.

Contractor is responsible to provide COR with receipt of how much mulch is delivered at time of delivery.

Weeding:

Weeding will be in planter areas, shrub beds and seven (7) specific trees around the park office shall be weeded one time a year before mulching takes place. See map for locations of weeding areas.

Leaf Removal:

Services may be required twice a year, normally in Nov - Dec. or March - April. See map for locations.

(Approximately 3.5 acres)

The leaf disposal area is near the upper playground parking lot. Contractor shall remove any fallen branches prior to the start of leaf removal activity and placed in disposal area. Contractor shall remove a 10’ metal section of guide rail to dispose the leaves down over bank behind guide rail. All leaf litter shall be removed from parking lot when finished disposing. Contractor shall reinstall metal guide rail after leaf removal is completed and bolts reinstalled on guide rail and secure.
