EXHIBIT H
DRIFT, DEBRIS, AND TRASH REMOVAL
1. Dock space or a shoreline area will be available for mooring/storage of the Contractor’s marine equipment while services are being performed. This is in close proximity to the Contractor Work Site and is also utilized for launching/mooring Corps of Engineers’ vessels.
2. The burning of wood drift is permitted at an area specified by the COR. This will most likely be on the emergency uncontrolled spillway. No shoreline burning is allowed.
3. In the event the Contractor is required to handle large volumes of drift due to severe flooding conditions, the COR may allow drift to be stored at the Corps material storage area for a maximum of 30 days. This location is closer to the public boat launch.
