About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for on-post grass cutting services at the United States Army Garrison at West Point, New York. The amendment revises the performance work statement to clarify that any equipment found by the contractor or contracting officer representative to be in an unsafe condition must be removed from the work site immediately and not returned until all deficiencies have been corrected, and that the contractor shall notify the contracting officer and contracting officer representative orally of repair actions. It also adds requirements that the contractor submit a complete equipment list for approval and that only the contracting officer can direct work. The services required include mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal across approximately 154 acres of improved, semi-improved, and unimproved grounds to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
