About this file
This modification amends a solicitation for on-post grass cutting services at the United States Army Garrison at West Point, New York. The key changes include reducing the estimated acreage to be maintained from approximately 154 acres to 129 acres. The improved grounds requiring intensive maintenance were decreased from 96 acres to 80 acres, and the semi-improved grounds from 58 acres to 49 acres. The performance work statement and technical exhibits were updated to reflect these acreage changes and provide additional specification details regarding equipment requirements, quality assurance processes, and methods for invoicing additional areas added over the contract period. The services required include mowing, trimming, edging and removal of clippings from improved and semi-improved grounds to maintain a clean, neat appearance according to defined standards and schedules.
