About this file

This is a workload data attachment specifying requirements for wastewater treatment plant sludge collection, removal, and disposition services at Fort McCoy's Building 2260. The document outlines estimated quantities for liquid sludge (500,000 gallons annually, with 300,000-600,000 gallon range), dry cake sludge processing (14 beds), digester cleaning and inspection (2 units), and drying bed reconditioning (14 beds).

The attachment provides key infrastructure specifications including a 300,000-gallon capacity digester system and 14 total drying beds - twelve air drying beds (20' x 60' with four concrete access pads) requiring 17 cubic yards of fine sand, plus two freeze dry beds with up to 4-foot sludge depth capacity. The document notes that workload estimates are provided as guidance and variations should be expected, with deviations not constituting grounds for claims against the government.
