About this file
This is a Contract Requirements Package Antiterrorism/Operations Security Review Cover Sheet for solicitation W911SA25QA073, which documents the security and access requirements for a grounds maintenance services contract at Belton, MO.
The document outlines specific security requirements that apply to this contract, including: AT Level 1 training for contractor employees, access and general protection procedures, requirements for non-CAC contractors requiring facility access, local iWATCH Army training, and OPSEC training. The review was completed and signed by ATO Joseph P. Ingalls (GS12) and OPSEC Officer Dianna Bauman (GS11) in November 2024. Key provisions indicate contractors will need to complete AT Level 1 training within 30 days of contract start, submit completion certificates within 60 days, comply with background check requirements, and follow installation access procedures. The document specifies that non-CAC holders requiring physical access will need a government employee sponsor and verification memo for long-term installation access.
