2. Will the conference room prepared to accommodate 450 people be needed for all 7 days, as it appears only 100 will be in attendance Oct 23-26?
A. There will be 450 attendees from 20-22 OCT. That number will decrease to 150 from 23-26 OCT. Conference space is needed on the 19 OCT only for presenter rehearsals.

A. There is no requirement for the Contractor to book rooms. Attendees will reserve their own hotel rooms individually. Conference space is requested within 25 miles of DFW so attendees can plan their own reservations.
5. What is the actual Period of performance, it states 19 October 2023 to 26 October 2023 in the period of performance, but in catering services, it shows 20th October 2023 to 26 October 2023. Please clarify.

Will the Main Briefing Room, the 6 Break Out Rooms and the Executive Board Room all need to be reserved for the entire training period of 10/20/23-10/26/23? Our reservation will commence on 10/19/23.
A. The rooms are required for the entire duration. The head count will decrease, but there will be separate training meetings occurring at the same time. Room size can be reduced if applicable to support smaller audience.
