SUMMARY OF CHANGES
(End of Summary of Changes)
The following items are applicable to this modification:
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS SET 2
Q1: According to the Scope of work document, under Electrical, there will be a new Motion Detected Lighting System installed. I will need the Specs on which one you would like. If you can send me the specs for the New Exit Signs as well please.
A1: Our intent is for the Contractor to determine the type of lighting system that would be the most efficient and meets code. The Contractor would then provide this information to the AFOS/COR for his review and approvals, just as it is stated in Section 3 (Submittals) in the SOW. The same procedures shall be followed for the New Exit Signs as well. Please refer to Section 3 of the Statement of Work for detail instructions on submitting New Items, Materials, Specs, etc.
Q2: Please advise as to how many additional receptacles, computer data ports and covers will be install as mentioned in the scope of work, section 4.4.2.
A2: Approximately 10 of each. Location will be determined by the COR.
Q3: What will be the location of the temporary storage facilities? At the project site or outside of the project location?
A3: Temporary storage will be contractor provided storage containers staged on site.
Q4: Please provide drawings specifying where the temporary office trailer will be located and where utility connections are available for hookups of power and water.
A4: The location of the trailer will be determined by the COR during Move In phase. It will be located as close as possible to existing utilities. There are no drawings available.
