PWS, 1.2, 1.6.5
The Performance Work Statement (PWS) provides a listing of various services including GIS Services, CAD Services, Data Analyst Services, and Mobile Support Services (Service Areas).
Additionally, the PWS Section 1.6.5 “Place of Performance” details that services shall be performed in bldg. 2012 at JBLM, WA (JBLM) and 831B located in Yakima, WA (Yakima) and for the purposes of this contract, JBLM is defined as JBLM-Lewis Main, JBLM-Lewis North, and JBLM- McChord Field. JBLM is a United States military installation located within Pierce, Thurston, Kittitas, and Yakima counties in Washington State which will require the contractor to supply means of transportation.
However, the PWS nor corresponding solicitation attachments do not list the actual number of full-time employees (FTE)/hours for each respective four Service Areas referenced above, nor the FTE location of either JBLM, Yakima, or both.
Therefore, can the government please provide to offerors the necessary number of FTEs/hours per Service Areas and the respective FTE location(s) as required for offeror to price this LPTA opportunity, and all of which information is material for the offeror’s ability to competitively price and for the government to conduct a consistent evaluation amongst all offerors?
