About this file
This document is a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) that outlines the key performance objectives and standards for a federal contract to provide IT and support services for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM).
The PRS identifies six main performance objectives, including providing user and system support services with cybersecurity requirements, GIS services, CAD services, database administration, web site services, and data entry/procurement support. For each objective, the PRS specifies the performance standard, the threshold for meeting that standard, and the method of surveillance. The contractor is required to meet 95% or higher of the performance standards, with some objectives requiring 99% functionality. The contract also requires the contractor to complete regular requests within 1-3 business days, depending on the type of service. The federal agency involved is the Department of the Army Materiel Command, Mission and Installation Contracting Command at JBLM.
