About this file
This document contains a federal contract opportunity solicitation and related pricing schedule attachment. The U.S. Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Leonard Wood is soliciting proposals for an 8(a) competitive set-aside Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide maintenance, repair, new construction, and minor construction work at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and the Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The NAICS code is 236220 for commercial and institutional building construction, with a $36.5 million small business size standard. The pricing schedule attachment provides the framework for offerors to propose price coefficients for standard and non-standard work hours across the potential five-year ordering period. Proposals are due by the closing date of the actual solicitation, with all questions to be submitted to the named contracting staff by email.
