About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment to Solicitation W911S625QA013 for BioSafety Cabinet Certification and Maintenance. The amendment extends the solicitation response due date from August 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM to August 5, 2025, at 2:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time due to a network outage and email access issues at Dugway Proving Ground. The solicitation requires a contractor to provide maintenance and certification services for biological safety cabinets, barrier isolates, class III glove boxes, facility HEPA filters, and equipment HEPA filters for the DEVCOM Chemical Biological Center's Biotesting Division and the West Desert Test Center's Special Programs Division.
The solicitation requires offerors to submit a three-volume proposal: Volume I (Technical Capability), Volume II (Past Performance), and Volume III (General/Price). Offerors must complete the SF1449 form, submit a pricing sheet, and acknowledge FAR Clause 52.217-8, which includes the option to extend pricing for an additional six months after Option Term 4. The government intends to award the contract without discussions, and offerors are encouraged to submit their best technical proposal and pricing in the initial submission. The contract will be administered by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Hood.
