About this file

This document contains a bridge agreement between a union and a company for a federal contract to provide janitorial services at Dugway Proving Ground in Utah, as well as the related federal contract solicitation. The bridge agreement recognizes the union and applies the terms of an existing collective bargaining agreement with some modifications, such as recognizing Juneteenth as a paid holiday and providing seven days of sick leave per year. It addresses the potential for a contract award protest and states that any conflicting terms in job offer letters are void. The federal contract solicitation seeks proposals to provide custodial services at Dugway Proving Ground, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms and facilities. A site visit will be held on August 15th and questions are due by August 17th. Offerors must provide past performance references by August 25th for relevant contracts of at least three years providing comparable services. Quotes are due electronically by the specified dates.
