| General Question/Comment | The ability to properly manage and control a team depends on a few factors. SBs will be able to manage and control a smaller size team limiting the amount of teaming partners that if can have and still show and adequate management approach to subcontracting. Is there an optimal size team for a SB or a LB that the government see’s as manageable? | Addressed |
