PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE FOR BUILDING 580
ACCESS CONTROL ANNUAL INSPECTION
The items listed below outline the items that need to be completed IAW with schedule below for the facility. Schedule may change upon agreement between contractor and Inspector (COR) at no additional cost to the government.
1. Physical and Functional Tests: (November) Contractor shall inspect the following for functionality and condition:
All Control Panels All Lamps and Leds All Fuses All Primary Power Supplies A l l Trouble Signals
2. Batteries: (December) (June) Contractor shall test all system batteries for the following:
Battery Condition and Age (the date the battery was installed shall be written on the battery)
3. Panel Tampers: (December) (June) Contractor shall do a Physical and Functional Test of all Panel Tampers
4. Readers: (October) Contractor shall test the Readers for proper function testing the following:
Upon a valid card read the Strike or Maglock opens Upon a valid card read the Software shows on access granted if the door is opened Upon a valid card read the Software shows an access granted no entry if the door is Not Opened Are all doors that require connection to panel functioning properly?
5. Strikes: (April)
a. Contractor shall do a physical and functional test on strikes as follows:
Each Strike Releases upon a Valid Card Read.
6. Maglocks: (April) Contractor shall do a physical and functional test on Magnetic Locks as follows:
Each Maglock Releases upon a Valid Card Read.
Each Maglock can be manually unlocked through the software from the server or a client workstation Each Maglock can be manually locked through the software from the server or a client workstation.
Each existing Maglock is tied into the existing Fire Alarm System and upon a General Fire Alarm all Maglocks in the building unlock
7. Request to Exit Motions: (May) Contractor shall do a physical and functional test on REX:
Each request to exit motion when activates shunts the door contact for free egress without an alarm.
Upon activation of each request to exit motion the Strike does not fire.
Upon activation of each request to exit motion the Maglock Does Fire.
8. Door Contacts: (May) Contractor shall do a Door Status Contact Testing as follows:
Upon a valid card read each door contact is bypassed and does not generate an alarm upon the door being open.
Upon the activation of any Request to Exit Motion the door contact is bypassed and does not generate an alarm up the door being open Each door contact has been tested to assure that it shall report through the software asfollowing:
o Forced Door Alarms o Door Held Open Alarm
CCTV ANNUALINSPECTION
PhysicalFunctional Tests: (February) (July)
Contractor shall inspect the following for functionality and condition:
All DVR'S All Joysticks All Matrix Switchers All Fuses All Primary Power Supplies All Secondary Power Supplies vn. All Trouble Signals
DVR'S (March) (August)
Contractor shall do physical and functional tests of the following items:
Camera Frame Rate Exporting Recorded Video Exporting Video Archives All PTZ Functions work Correctly All Motion Recording settings are set up correctly
Cameras: (January indoor) (September outdoor)
Contractor shall do a physical and functional test of the following items:
All cameras are focused, cleaned and functioning. ii. Power Supplies are functioning properly.
Housings: (January indoor) (September outdoor)
Contractor shall visually inspect:
All housing for proper functionality
That all housing is still securely mounted to the building or ceiling
Mounts: (January indoor) (September outdoor) Contractor \viii visually inspects:
All mounts are still securely mounted to the building or ceiling.
Power Supplies: (February) (July)
Contractor shall do a physical and functional test of the following items:
Inspect all fuses in power supplies Test power supplies for proper output voltage
