SOW 1.11. The contractor shall provide a hard and electronic copy (.pdf) on Compact
Disc (CD) a detailed, machine-specific Lock-out/Tag-out procedure in accordance with
(IAW) SOW 3.1.3. The final delivery shall include a complete procedure of the LOTO process in searchable portable document format (PDF). The Government shall incorporate the final MAC into the hard copy of the Maintenance Technical Manuals
SOW 3.1. The commercial vendor shall furnish five (5) sets of installation, operation, maintenance, and repair parts documentation that adequately reflect the system delivered to the Government. All documentation shall be shipped with the equipment.
SOW 3.1.1. A complete description of the machine and its operation, and functions of parts, assemblies, and components. The documentation must describe the specific detailed actions required to activate, operate, and control all machine functions.
SOW 3.1.2. A check list for starting and stopping the machine shall be furnished.
SOW 3.1.4. A list of preventative maintenance tasks required to keep the equipment operating at peak efficiency. The task list shall be listed by frequency. Each service point identified in the maintenance task list shall be clearly labeled to permit easy identification. All maintenance information shall include sufficient detail, commercial source and telephone number lists, to permit sourcing and replacement of machine parts without reference to any other source. The list shall also be furnished is electronic format for inclusion in RRAD maintenance management data system.
SOW 3.1.5. Shop drawings that contain arrangement, schematic, outline, and assembly drawings, data sheets, and other description data, as applicable, necessary for complete and positive identification of the equipment, equipment components, or assembly, including related accessories, for determination of the relationship of one component or assembly to another or the machine as a whole. The data submitted must contain complete identification including a wiring schematic, and machine physical, electrical, mechanical, and dimensional characteristics. Any requirements for subfloor work including foundation, bed plates, pits, (none allowed), utilities, drains, etc. must be detailed.
The final MAC will be prepared IAW the format specified in MIL-PRF-32216.
