About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for the renovation of Building 36 at the Army's Aberdeen Proving Ground. Amendment 3 updates several aspects of the solicitation.

The magnitude of the construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The scope of work includes demolition and renovation to create space for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, including work in rooms E149 and E166. It involves architectural, mechanical, electrical, security and fire protection work. The amendment changes the licensing requirements so that contractors and subcontractors need only be licensed in any U.S. state for the type of work being performed, such as having an electrician's license to do electrical work.
