Questions and Answers #3 In Response to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W911QY-23-R-IDCL
S2PRINT Integrated Data Collection Lab
Question 1:
Given the scope of this solution, is there flexibility on delivery time (currently stated in the RFP as 30 days)?
Answer 1:
Yes, there is flexibility. The offeror should provide their expected delivery date. It will be evaluated as part of the proposal as to its reasonableness.
Question 2:
Is it possible for us to include pricing for optional items in the proposal (so not required for the scope listed, but potentially beneficial)? Examples include a corrective lens kit for eye tracking glasses (so the glasses would work with subjects who wear glasses), as well as extra eye tracking glasses.
Answer 2:
There is no issue with this as long as the proposed solution meets the stated requirements/scope and is not part of any option (“so not required for the scope listed, but potentially beneficial” - agreed).
Question 3:
Should we provide a digital device for the use case described in the last question set “Traditional UX/US scenario of completing tasks on a digital handheld device”? Or should we just provide the hardware necessary to screen capture that device?
Answer 3:
No need to provide the device.
