| Question Number | Question | Response |
| 1 | Could you please tell me if the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation posted as solicitation number W911QY21R0019 will be a follow-on requirement to any work performed currently or in the past, or will this be a new requirement? If possible, can you please provide the most recent contract or task order number? | |
| This is a new requirement for continued maintenance services. The previous contract awarded for this requirement is W911QY-20-P-0176. | ||
| 2 | The bid is requesting PM pricing separate from repair coverage. Does a bid have to comply with this specific pricing requirement request to split out the cost of the PMs or can a bid provide our pricing/contracts that include PMs? | If the repair coverage will be included with the PM Service, indicate that information in your supplied bid and enter a price for CLIN 0001 (1001, 2001, 3001, 4001 for options) while annotating CLIN 0002 (1002, 2002, 3002, 4002 for options) as Not Separately Priced. |
| 3 | Would you please identify the type of CLIN structure, either Firm-Fixed Price or Time and Materials that the Government intends to award? | The Government intends to use a Firm-Fixed Price CLIN structure for all CLINs. The Firm-Fixed Price bid for the Ad-Hoc/Emergency Maintenance CLIN shall be bid as the FFP amount for the contractor to perform an in-person diagnostic service of the equipment to identify the repairs needed and provide a quote for the necessary repairs. |
