16. REMARKS

1) The CWGS will be provisioned / sustained by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

Patterns and Specifications are needed to support the provisioning / sustaining process.

The Patterns and Specifications should include the manufacturer’s part number and unit price for the system and individual gloves identified on each pattern.

If a glove identified on the CWGS pattern/specification is made by a manufacturer other than the manufacturer awarded the CWGS contract (i.e., the glove is provided by a subcontractor), then that different manufacturer’s CAGE Code should be specifically identified on the pattern/ specification along with their component.

3) A brief product description corresponding to the CWGS and individual gloves is required information in the DLA provisioning / sustaining process. A brief product description corresponding to the CWGS and each glove of the CWGS will be provided..

4) The Patterns/Specifications and product descriptions described in 1) through 4) above should be provided in electronic file format, .pdf format is requested.
