About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for engineering data to support provisioning of an Enhanced Electronic Automatic Activation Device (EEAAD). The CDRL requires the contractor to deliver draft and final submissions of Logistics Management Information data including Engineering Data for Provisioning. Initial submissions are due 30 days after commercial manuals and provisioning parts lists, with second submissions concurrent with subsequent manual and parts list revisions. The Government will review submissions within 30 days and requests corrections within a further 30 days if rejected. Final data is due 15 days after a provisioning conference. Submissions must be in hard copy and PDF format. Pricing is to be estimated based on the level of effort to develop the data for Government requirements versus internal use. The Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground is the requiring activity for this EEAAD system under solicitation W911QY-19-R-0007.
