QUESTION 1: Is there any further information on the distribution of the 7,800 total pieces of equipment? Possibly a list of locations with numbers of equipment in each location, or at least a list of equipment that requires special equipment to access? This could be a major factor in pricing the contract and establishing average time per inspection/audit.

W911KF22Q0006

ANSWER 1: We do not have a list of each piece of equipment the requires special equipment to access but I feel confident in saying 10% may require an extension ladder and 2% will require an aerial lift.

QUESTION 2: Training – Is it the Government’s intent that training should be provided to building occupants upon the completion of each audit or only quarterly?

ANSWER 2: Training will be conducted only once for each employee, but we will need several opportunities to train all of the identified employees throughout the year.

QUESTION 3: Training – Can you give an estimate of the number of students per training course?

ANSWER 3: At the moment we have been limited to around 20 people per class due to COVID.

QUESTION 4: Section 3.2.4 – 3.2.4.3 references that the Contractor provide ANAD a digital copy of all audited procedures. Will the Contractor be provided with the existing procedures in electronic format? Is this intended to be for only the revised or newly developed procedures?

ANSWER 4: A copy of an existing procedure can be provided for reference but this would really only apply to revised or newly developed procedures.

QUESTION 5: Is the Government able to provide a workspace on ANAD for the Contractor employees which will serve as their “home base” during the execution of this contract?

ANSWER 5: Per the Requiring Activity, they are still checking into this issue. Should have an answer by Site Visit.

4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
