About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a concrete crushing service. The amendment provides answers to questions from potential offerors. It schedules a site visit for interested parties to determine existing conditions. The amendment clarifies that the procurement will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation where technical literature will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. Past performance will be assessed on a scale from excellent to poor to determine offeror responsibility. The requirement is for the contractor to crush concrete to Army Depot specifications for use as a substitute for purchased material during the base year and option years.
