General Fence Notes (all notes are based off memory and could not be verified):
The fence is approximately 6 feet high. It may be barbed along the northern boundary, by the former RV parking area. The landfill fence line is discontinuous. We believe the fence only borders the western and northern sides of the Landfill (see Figure 1). There may also be a fence along the eastern boundary related to the Railroad tracks. There are three entrance gates along the western Landfill boundary, two are constructed from linked fence, and the third (southernmost) is a bollard style gate.
