About this file
This is a Statement of Work and Specifications document for the procurement of DC power infrastructure equipment and installation services for the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) Information Systems Facility (ISF) under solicitation W9115126QA063. The contract requires the supply and installation of a VERTIV NetSure -48 VDC power system, including two complete sets of NetSure 8200 Power Systems, GNB Absolyte 3-100G29 battery strings (eight 48V strings), eSure 200A rectifiers (46 units), and associated mounting hardware and distribution bay components (BDFB frames and bullet distribution modules). The procurement includes both equipment delivery and comprehensive installation services at WSMR, encompassing battery string assembly, rectifier installation, communication cable runs, and equipment mounting per customer-provided drawings.
The contractor is responsible for equipment mounting to floor slabs, internal power plant testing and turn-up, and coordination with WSMR for interconnection and external device integration. Deliverables include all warranty paperwork, contractor build sheets and technical documentation, completion of security training (AT Level I and iWATCH), and submission of background check information to the Provost Marshal Office. All training completion certificates and NCICIII forms must be submitted to the designated government point of contact within specified timeframes (15-20 calendar days post-award). The work falls under Army installations with associated security and access requirements, and pricing was based on equipment installation on concrete slab flooring with WSMR-provided loading/unloading capabilities.
