1. In Division 5-0100 Metals- Painting Handrails, we are asked to work on a few different conditions and types of metal with each having some variation in the thickness of the paint and the prep work involved.

On the pricing sheet we have only one kind of railing to price-will the pricing sheet be amended to account for the differences in railing?

No. Contractor shall provide one unit price to account for all conditions in line item specification.

2. In Division 12 Furniture, we have both solid surface counter tops and hardwood casework- 12-0600 and 12-0700

On the pricing sheet we are told to price by " each" but I was wanting to ask you if possibly this should be by " square foot"? Physical dimensions are not provided by the

Government for the counter tops or case work

Line items 12-0600 and 12-700 references pricing per square foot.

3. There are no Specification for division 23 - HEATING VENTILATION AIR CONDITION for the following CLINS:

23-0100 Flexible Air Duct 23-0200 Rectangular Metal Duct, Galvanized Steel 23-0300 Round & Flat-Oval Spiral Duct

The following line items have been removed from the revised bid sheet: 23-0200, 23-0300 and 23-0400. Specifications are provided for line item 23-0100.

4. In Division 12 Furniture, we are looking at metal shades, roll up shades and Roman shades. The pricing on all these shades will vary by the size of the shade. We do not have the exact sizing of each- and I understand that would be a large job to get those measurements.

On the pricing sheet we are told to price by " each" but I was wanting to ask you if possibly this should be by " square foot"?

Line item 12-0500 has been revised to a unit of “square foot”.
