Amendment 0002 provides responses to industry question and provides update to Site Visit.
1.Response to question.
Industry Questions: In Section 5.3 (TADSS Training Support Services) the subsections specifically address Property Accountability and Inventory Requirements. There is no reference or mention of Training Support or those areas we have become accustomed to seeing on a TADSS TSC Training Contract relevant to Training Support that we would normally address in our technical response. Can you please clarify the requirement for Section 5.3 and the expected technical response tied to the Sec 5.3 requirement?
Government Response: As an organization that provides TADSS Training Support Services, massive amounts of Government property will be used in the execution of duties and responsibilities to the Soldiers supported; the contractor must be familiar with the requirements outlined in Army Regulations and Federal Acquisition Regulations for the proper accountability of Government property.
Please refer to Instruction to Offerors contained in this RFP.
2. Site Visit
The site visit incorporated in Amendment 0001 has been canceled due to MICC guidance regarding COVID-19 Risk Mitigation. Our office will no longer be able to conduct the in-person site visit scheduled for January 11, 2021 at Fort Hood, TX. The site visit is not anticipated to be re-scheduled.
For operational security purposes, please contact Kendrick Nance at Kendrick.R.Nance.civ@mail.mil to request photographs with descriptions of the site location. Request for photographs is voluntary and receipt of these photos is not mandatory for award purposes. Inquiries for photographs are requested to be completed by Janaury 13, 2021.
