About this file
This document provides examples of technical requirements for contractor support services at Dugway Proving Ground/Western Desert Test Center. The examples outline various tasks for laboratory, field, and chamber testing support including providing personnel for test execution and retrograde, operating test equipment, conducting sample analysis using GC and MINICAMS, and coordinating test planning and report development. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of the Army seeking proposals for non-personal services to support developmental and operational testing at Dugway Proving Ground/Western Desert Test Center. Contractors would provide personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and tools to perform required test support services.
