About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding an Autonomous Food Production System solicitation for Korea. The first question asks if submitting information only up to page 4 of the solicitation form is acceptable. The response indicates that vendors can submit as much information as needed, provided they clearly identify requirements for technical evaluation.
The second question seeks clarification on whether a separate detailed proposal is required. The answer definitively states that no separate proposal is needed, and all information must be included in the original proposal. The government emphasizes that more detailed submissions are preferred, as they enable a more comprehensive technical evaluation. One specific requirement mentioned is including a drawing or pictures of the equipment as part of the submission.

Questions for Autonomous Food Production System/Korea
1. Would it be OK if we submitted the information required on the solicitation form up to page 4 only?
Ans: You are allowed to submit as much information as needed, as long as you clearly identify the requirements that will be technically evaluated for the proposal. The clearer and more detailed your proposal is, the better it will be for the required activity to assess whether it meets the technical aspects of the requirement.
2. Should there be a separate proposal that includes more details on the system? If yes, what type of details would be needed? Shall we indicate the items on our system that meet your evaluation criteria as the evaluation criteria below?
ANS No separate proposal is needed. All items must be included in the original proposal.
As stated before, the more information and detail you provide, the better it is for the required activity to determine technical acceptability. Submitting limited information may result in an incomplete or unfair evaluation. It is always recommended to submit more rather than less. One of the requirements is a drawing of the equipment. If pictures are available, you are allowed to include them as part of your submission.
