About this file
This is a Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Products and Commercial Services for an Autonomous Food Production System, issued by the U.S. Army Directorate of Contracting. The contract is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and will be located at Camp Walker, Building 215 in Daegu Mountain, South Korea. The primary requirements include delivering, installing, and setting up a fixed autonomous food production system, providing six months of operational support and maintenance, performing data collection and performance evaluation, and potentially deploying a containerized model at another location.
Key details include a solicitation issue date of 25 July 2025, an offer due date of 20 August 2025 at 01:30 PM, and a delivery date of 1 November 2025. The contract has multiple line items: system installation and setup, operational support, data collection, and optional containerized model deployment. Contractors must comply with specific requirements, including operating independently without connecting to military networks, using commercial Wi-Fi or cellular networks, and ensuring compliance with U.S. federal acquisition laws like the National Defense Authorization Act. The system must not include telecommunications equipment from specific covered entities, and a compliance certification is required prior to installation.
