SUMMARY OF CHANGES
SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following have been added by full text:
SUMMARY OF CHANGES
A. The purpose of this modification is to:
(i) Provide the Government’s response to the questions submitted by a potential offeror.
1. Regarding Sub-Factor 1- Contractor’s Qualification Sub-Factor 1- Contractor’s Qualification: Certificate of Business Registration, License and Permission: The
Contractor shall submit all valid and current Certificates of Business Registration, License and Permission: The offeror shall provide the one (1) below identified requirements. In case of subcontractor(s) credentials, the offeror shall submit copies of the subcontract agreement with official companies who possess the license and permission.
Additionally, the offeror shall submit copies of the subcontractor’s specific license and permission issued by Republic of Korea (ROK).
Q1: Shall the offeror provide just one of the submittal requirements (ex: either "iii" or "iv"?)
or Shall the offeror provide provide both "iii" and "iv"?
A: Yes, both.
Q2: Can "iii. a valid specialized Environmental construction Business Registration (환경전문공사업등록증)" be substituted with the subcontractor's one?
A: Yes.
Q3: This company is the incumbent contractor for the current contract #W91QVN-19-D-0019 with Building/Facilities
Maintenance Registration (시설물유지관리업등록증). In the Amendment 0003 of the previous solicitation
(W91QVN-19-R-0005), the Government required that the Contractor shall have current and valid Environmental construction Business Registration (환경전문공사업등록증), or General Construction Registration (종합건설업
등록증), or Building/Facilities Maintenance Registration (시설물유지관리업등록증) issued by the ROK
Government.
Howerver, Building/Facilities Maintenance Registration (시설물유지관리업등록증) is deleted in Sub-Factor 1-
Contractor’s Qualification under the solicitation # W90VN9-21-R-0041.
We are performing the current contract (contract # W91QVN-19-D-0019) without any problem with
Building/Facilities Maintenance Registration (시설물유지관리업등록증).
If the US Government adds Building/Facilities Maintenance Registration (시설물유지관리업등록증) by an
Amendment in order for us to participate in this bidding, it will be greatly appreciated.
In addition, since Environmental Construction Business Registration (환경전문공사업등록증) is not a necessary license for this contract, please review it so that many companies possessing Building/Facilities Maintenance
Registration (시설물유지관리업등록증) can participate in the bidding as before.
A: Building/Facilities Maintenance Registration (시설물유지관리업등록증) is added and Environmental
Construction Business Registration (환경전문공사업등록증) is deleted.
Q4: 2. Regarding Sub-Factor 3 – Key Personnel Qualification, Contract Manager:
.......As a result, the candidate for the CM position should have at a minimum, a TOEIC score of 700 Can the CM be qualified for the solicitation # W90VN9-21-R-0041 with the CM's requirement of the previous solicitation (W91QVN-19-R-0005) / the current contract (W91QVN-19-D-0019) requirement?
