The CAGE Code is used to support a variety of mechanized systems throughout the Government and provides for a standardized method of identifying a given facility at a specific location. The Code may be used for a Facility Clearance, a Pre-award survey, automated Bidders Lists, identification of Debarred Contractors, fast pay processes, etc.

FOR NON-U.S. COMPANIES
Non-U.S. companies are issued NATO Cage Codes (NCAGE) by contacting the designated Point of Contact (POC) at the National Codification Bureau (NCB) of the country where the company is located. For a list of addresses and POCs, go to http://www.dlis.dla.mil/nato_poc.asp .
