About this file
This document contains a safety and load test report template for hoists and cranes. The template requires information on the customer, crane details including location, structure specifications, operating capacity and inspection results. Inspection items cover components like the girder, rail, wheel, brake, drum, wire rope, hook and safety equipment. Tests include a running test with rated load for functions like hoisting, traveling and turning. Acceptance criteria specify pass/fail standards for critical items.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of the Army for safety inspection and load testing of hoists and cranes. The solicitation references an attached performance work statement and has a number W90VN7-24-Q-A007 for a hoist and crane requirement.
