1 GIRDER & SADDLE Girder and saddles are not in worn, cracked or distorted status.

2 STOPPING DEVICES Stopping Devices for traveling are not in worn, cracked, fallen off or distorted condition.

SLIPPING PREVENTION

DEVICES

Crane installed outdoor must be equipped with stopping devices and not in worn, cracked, damage or fallen apart.

WHEEL

Flanges are not in any cracked, distorted or damaged. Abrasin of the flanges are within 50% of original size.

Boss and web of wheels are not in any crack, deformed or damaged.

BRAKE

Works smoothly without abnormal noise or odor.

Lining has no wear and tear and loss of abrasion is less than 50% of original size

Disc is not in any damaged or cracked status and loss of abrasion is less than 10% of original size

6 DRUM Drum is not cracked, worn or distorted.

WIRE ROPE AND

CHAIN

Wirerope must be the 1 continuous integrated part and no joints. NOMIN DIAMETER

Element of wire rope at the end must not be cut, corroded, kinked or damaged. Fastening of wire rope is not loosen, damaged or fallen off.

When the hook is located at the lowest position, the remaining length of wire rope should be more than 2 turns of the drum.

DIAMETER

Chain shall not be in cracked. Elongation rate shall be less than 5% and deformed diameter within 10%

8 HOOK

Hook body is not in cracked, deformed or wear. A portion of abrasin must be within 5% of original measurement.

9 MOTOR Insulation resistance must be over (Voltage / (1000 + output Kw))KΩ

10 LIFTING MAGNET Magnetic contactor must be kept over 10 munities in an emergency power outage.

11 GROUND Ground resistance, Under 400V : Under 100Ω, Over 400V : Under 10Ω

SAFETY EQUIPMENT

Limit switch, Emergency stop device & Overload protection device are in compliance with the local safety standard.

Where two crane are installed in parallel, cranes shall be stopped in the programed distance and alarmed to prevent a collision.

Safety latch of hook must be in proper location and operating.

13 LOAD TEST

Running Test with the rated load, (hoisting up/down, cross running, traveling, turning and etc.)

14 OTHER In a case of natural disaster
