About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a security fence installation project at Osan Air Base, South Korea. The project (SMYU 25-1048) involves installing a 2.4m high chain link fence (approximately 130 linear meters) surrounding an air traffic control antenna at location B363, including a 4m wide double swing gate and a 1.2m wide pedestrian gate. The work scope includes clearing and grading the site, removing existing concrete bollards, providing grounding for the fence, and installing fence footings while carefully avoiding existing utility lines.
The project is a Non-Work Plan Task Order under a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) issued by the 411th CSB, Korea. The performance period is 150 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP), with 30 days allocated for submittal review/approval and material procurement, followed by 90 days for mobilization and construction. Key requirements include compliance with standard technical specifications, environmental regulations, and security protocols. Contractors must obtain base passes, complete security training, and adhere to strict operational security and environmental management practices during the project execution.
