About this file
This document provides details regarding a potential federal contract opportunity for the eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) program. The Army National Guard is seeking to award an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide training locations and services to enable Brigade Combat Teams to achieve trained proficiency in core functions and mission essential tasks. Training is to take place at several military bases and facilities listed in an attached spreadsheet, as well as other locations as required. The intent of a draft solicitation is to allow industry to provide feedback on requirements through questions submitted by March 4, 2019. Potential offerors are encouraged to identify unnecessary requirements to improve the final solicitation. The Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Orlando Contracting Center will award the contract.
