About this file

Technical Exhibit D is a document specifying performance workload and quantity measurement for Fee Basis Providers (FBPs) working in medical accession services for U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM). The exhibit details the standard time allocations for various medical processing activities, including medical inspections, evaluations, medical record reviews, pre-screening, consultation reviews, and waiver reviews. Each activity has a prescribed time limit, ranging from 10 to 50 minutes per applicant, with providers expected to perform all duties in strict accordance with MEPCOM regulations, Department of Defense instructions, and MEPCOM policies.

The time allocations are precise: medical evaluations including history and physical examinations require 50 minutes, pre-screening takes 50 minutes, consultation reviews take 20 minutes, medical record reviews take 30 minutes, inspections (when required) take 10 minutes, and waiver reviews take 10 minutes. These standardized time measurements are likely intended to ensure consistent, efficient processing of military service applicants' medical assessments across multiple Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) nationwide.
