About this file

This document is Amendment 1 to Solicitation W81K02-25-Q-A026 for On Island Reference Laboratory Testing and Courier Services at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The amendment addresses five key questions from potential offerors, including clarifications about test volumes, proposal due dates, and invoice requirements. Notably, the proposal due date has been extended to 30 April 2025, and the amendment confirms that Flow Cytometry is included in Appendix A of the Performance Work Statement.

The amendment provides additional guidance to potential contractors, such as directing offerors to paragraph 5.1.4.1 of the Performance Work Statement for test instructions and referencing previous contract requirements for invoice submissions. It also includes technical guidance, such as providing links for Antiterrorism (AT) Level I training and confirming that iWATCH and OPSEC Awareness trainings will be provided. The solicitation remains a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for laboratory and medical courier services, with quotes to be submitted via email to the point of contact.
