About this file
This document contains two sample compensation plans for certified nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) and physician anesthetists providing services under a federal contract. Offerors must submit a complete compensation plan outlining salaries and fringe benefits for healthcare providers over the base period and five option periods. Plans must break out the total hourly compensation rate as the sum of the base hourly rate and fringe benefits. Fringe benefits listed are examples only and plans should demonstrate the ability to attract and retain qualified personnel to meet objectives. For independent contractors or subcontractors, compensation data should be rolled into the prime contractor's plan along with an explanation of compliance with subcontracting limitations.
The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number W81K00-24-R-0003 for anesthesia services from the Department of the Army Medical Command. Offerors must address the requirements in the sample compensation plans provided as attachments.
