Contractors are required to ensure their proposals are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations to include the Service Contact Act Wage Determinations and Executive Orders.
Q25. Attachment 2 provides CLINS for OT hours, but references hours will not exceed 80 in a two-week period in the PWS (1.4.1 7 1.4.2). Are these hours under the OT CLIN for hours exceeding 40 in each week or does the Gov’t provide this CLIN for another scheduling/shift scenario?
A25. If deemed necessary, hours exceeding 40 hours in a week shall be billed under the OT CLIN.
Q26. Will nurses be working only in-patient or only out-patient, or will they need to be prepared to work either?
