Ten (10) each Mechanical A-Kit (P/N 1060929-701), inclusive of the First Article Unit (CLIN 0001), once accepted FA will count as production quantity.

The minimum guarantee will be obligated with the first delivery order. All other quantities are estimates only and do not bind the USG in any way to include, but not limited to, quantities listed in this RFP. The Maximum Quantity for the resulting contract will be:

240 each Mechanical A-Kit (P/N 1060929-701)

Subject to the availability of funds, any quantities ordered will be priced at the unit price established for the year in which the units are ordered. Funds will be obligated by issuance of delivery orders not on the IDIQ contract.
