About this file

This file is an inventory template for government-owned equipment related to refuse and recycling services. Attachment 5 (TE-5) establishes the required format and data elements for documenting all government-owned refuse and recycling equipment at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) and Adelphi Laboratory Center (ALC) in Maryland. The inventory must capture detailed information for each piece of equipment, including container type, size, current condition, routine maintenance history, repair or replacement dates, repair type descriptions, geographic location within the facilities, the buildings each container services, and serialization or identification numbers.

The template applies to the government's existing inventory of recycle and refuse dumpsters, roll-offs, litter cans, compactors, and tippers that will be relevant to the pre-solicitation for Refuse and Recycling Services (Solicitation Number W56ZTN-26-B-A002). This inventory documentation will provide the contractor with a comprehensive baseline of existing equipment assets and their operational status, supporting the contractor's planning for collection and removal services at both locations.
