About this file
This document is page two of a Performance Work Statement excerpt detailing specific performance standards and contractor requirements for refuse and recycling services at Aberdeen Proving Ground and Adelphi Laboratory Center, Maryland under solicitation W56ZTN-26-B-A002.
The file establishes eight key performance requirements, each with zero deviation standards and corresponding quality assurance mechanisms. The contractor must designate a Program Manager available after normal duty hours as the central point of contact, with 100% daily verification by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Alternate COR (ACOR). A Quality Control Plan must be developed and maintained with approval from the Contracting Officer (KO), subject to review upon submission and revision. The contractor is required to remove any employee for misconduct or security violations in compliance with federal procurement integrity regulations, with the COR/ACOR conducting 100% review of reported incidents. All damages caused by contractor employees must be repaired at no cost to the Government and returned to previous condition, with the COR/ACOR reviewing 100% of damage reports. Non-conformance with any performance standard may result in Non-Conforming Reports, negative Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARS), or equitable adjustments at the Contracting Officer's discretion.
