About this file

This document contains a technical experience matrix template to be completed by offerors responding to Solicitation Number W56HZV-22-R-0003 for GVSC Technical and Engineering Services. The template requires offerors to provide details on up to three relevant past contract experiences for each of three evaluation subfactors. Instructions specify the offeror must have served as prime contractor on submitted experiences, with one exception allowed for a key subcontractor submission per subfactor. The template collects contract numbers, prime contractor identification, period of performance, government/industry customer information, and points of contact.

The related opportunity notice indicates the Army intends to issue a five-year, cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with optional ordering periods through 2030. The effort will provide electrical, mechanical, software, and systems engineering support across various vehicle, weapon, and network programs for the Combat Capabilities Development Command - Ground Vehicle Systems Center. Offerors should monitor SAM.gov for posting of the solicitation package in approximately 15 days.

See L.4.1 for the defintion of "Contract". For each submission (when applicable), only propose a single Order (such as a task/delivery order, work directive, or technical instruction) if the Order is part of broader contractual instrument such as an Indefinite Delivery Contract, BOA, BPA, FSS.

4) Per L.4.1.1, the offeror is limited to providing up to three submissions for each Subfactor. Per M.4.1.1.1, The Government will not evaluate any submissions for a Subfactor where the three submission limit is exceeded, thus resulting in a deficiency.
