C.11.2.4 Procedures: RFVs adversely affecting safety will not be considered. Submission or recurring RFV is discouraged and shall be minimized. Where it is determined that a change would be permanent, the contractor shall process an ECP. Proposed changes, which would necessitate revisions to the TDP in the form notification, shall be by memorandum, marked-up drawing, waiver/deviation, or other suitable means (electronic or hard copy).
C.11.2.5 The approval of any RFV is at the Governments discretion. The contractor is responsible for cost impacts and/or schedule delays as a result of asking the Government for approval.
