NMS PROGRAM OVERVIEW____________________

The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), Warren, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) W56HZV-15-R-0139 for the National Maintenance

The USG will conduct a formal best value source selection in accordance with FAR Part

15 and Section M of the RPF, and will make a single award to the offeror whose proposal represents the best overall value to the USG.

CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (CUI)_________________________________________

The NMS RFP contains CUI that is not available via the Internet. However, CUI will be made available to offerors upon an approved request. Requests for CUI documents must be made through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. Once a request has been made, an automated email will be generated to the Government reviewer. The Government reserves the right to request additional information to support releasing documentation. CUI must be handled in accordance with the NMS Security Classification Guide (Attachment

0027) and proposal information and source selection evaluations must be handled in accordance with FAR Subparts 2.101 and 3.104.
