Technical Exhibits 3 and 4 | The request says that 3 months is to be anticipated, the STX is 7 days, I am interpreting that all necessary days for quarantine, briefing training is included in this 3 month estimate. Am I correct? | Yes, three (3) months are estimated for an overall timeline needed. This is not time needed in a consecutive manner. For the exercise, the current POI (Tech Exhibit 4), lists a evaluation/exercise timeframe of 6-7 days with an additional 4-10 days estimated for ROM requirements depeninding on Host Nation (Germany) requirements at the time of execution. Scripting and role development "should" take place and be approved prior to the travel dates of the first person to fly into country so refinements can be made if necessary. There should also be days included for meeting site coordination on the local economy during the exercise preparation timeframe after ROM is completed. | |||
