Evaluated for Ordering Periods One (1) through Five (5) (Total Evaluated OP1 OP5) for all five ordering periods; all five ordering periods will be summed to obtain the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) used for evaluation. In addition, the Government provided
Transportation Evaluation will be added to the TEP to obtain the TEP used for evaluation of an offer. If an Offeror fails to submit unit prices for all CLINs and all ordering periods, the Government may find its proposal incomplete or unacceptable and reserves the right to reject a proposal for award consideration.
ii. In addition, the Government provided Transportation Evaluation will be added to the TEP to obtain the TEP used for evaluation of an offer. If an offeror fails to submit unit prices for all CLINs and all ordering periods, the Government may find its proposal incomplete or unacceptable and reserves the right to reject a proposal for award consideration.

Items with a Single Quantity Range: The evaluated quantity for items with a single quantity range will be the maximum quantity in the single quantity range. The evaluated quantity will be multiplied by the proposed unit price to derive the evaluated amount. The evaluated price will be rounded to the nearest hundredth (two decimal places).
iv. The total evaluated price for Delivery Order 0001 will be calculated by multiplying the quantity for each CLIN by the proposed unit price to derive the evaluated amount. The evaluated totals for each CLIN will then be added together to derive the total evaluated price for Delivery Order 0001.
v. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 15.404-1(b), Price Analysis will be used to determine price reasonableness. Additional analysis techniques may be used as determined necessary by the PCO. The Government reserves the right to request data other than certified cost or pricing data to determine the fair and reasonableness of an Offerors proposal.
vi. In accordance with FAR 15.404-1(g), as part of the evaluations, proposals may be reviewed to identify any significant unbalanced pricing found between CLINs and/or ordering periods. In accordance with FAR 15.404-1(g), Unbalanced Pricing, a proposal may be rejected if the Contracting Officer determines the lack of balance poses an unacceptable risk to the Government.
vii. In accordance with FAR 45.202(a), the Government shall consider any potentially unfair competitive advantage that may result from an Offeror using Government property. To eliminate the competitive advantage, a rental equivalent evaluation factor shall be added to each offer which is predicated on the use of Government property.
viii. The maximum quantity for each CLIN shall be used to calculate the amount of rent that would otherwise be charged in accordance with FAR 52.245-9, Use and Charges.
