About this file

This document provides an overview of an industry day presentation for a conventional ammunition demilitarization solicitation. The U.S. Army Materiel Command Joint Munitions Command and Army Contracting Command-Rock Island are seeking proposals for demilitarization, recycling, reuse, treatment, and disposal of various conventional ammunition families grouped into eight CLINs. The Army intends to award up to two IDIQ contracts per CLIN group for a five-year period. Proposals are due in August 2019 and awards will be made in April 2020. Pricing will be evaluated using a weighted price evaluation spreadsheet. The small business reserve set-aside applies to CLIN Group 1. The industry day agenda outlines the program overview, draft RFP review, and question and answer session to inform interested offerors.
